    1. Let’s keep it up into next year, and the year after that, and every year until we have completely undone all the damage that Trump and the GOP have wrought. Let’s *not* have a repeat of 1994, or 2010, or 2022, where we pat ourselves on the back for winning one election, stay home the next time, and immediately give everything back to the Republicans.

The progressive candidates in my local election are all winning at the moment. I am so excited!

And the people of Kentucky are still feeling like voter fraud is taking place because polling locations were closed, keeping them from casting a ballot for Cuomo, in what might be the most on brand thing for American politics in 2025 I could ever imagine.

LET’S FUCKING GO. The Blue Tsunami is here! Let’s just hope Trump doesn’t cancel elections in ’26.

      Great news!

Here in Canada a Conservative MP crossed the floor to join the Liberals.

    6. How much money went into trying to defeat the Dems could have paid for snap benefits for years.

    7. Truthfully, every Republican should be shaking in their boots right now because this was huge! If they stick by Trump after this, they have every intention of continuing to take over the government before the midterm elections. So if they stick with him, they have every intention of getting rid of elections. So if they do that prepare to have to fight.

    8. Excited to report some great Democratic wins in Charlotte, NC local elections as well, including a district seat going Blue for the first time ever.💙

    9. Georgia flipped two public service commissioner seats in a landslide, the only two state seats up for grabs. That’s a swing state.

    10. Our little local mayor race had the more progressive candidate win as well! By 64 votes so I’m really glad I got out to vote before my big surgery. These off-year elections are always so small. One of the things our new mayor ran on was getting our election cycle to sync with the mayor elections so more people would vote.

This is almost an understatement. The Republicans got absolutely clobbered in the Virginia State House. Democrats are on track to win a supermajority, potentially even more when they were initially at 51-49.

    12. This is what happens when you stop caring about the American people. Keep voting blue 💙💙💙

My red county voted for educators instead of homophobes obsessed with kids genitalia. It’s a small ray of hope for me.

In a little over 20 minutes, Prop 50 is going to win in California by 15-20% to add the cherry on top.
